New Task Sequence Deployments Missing for First Hour

Edit: This issue was fixed in System Center 2012 R2 SP1 (2012 SP2) CU2.

I found a new relatively minor issue with System Center 2012 R2 SP1 (2012 SP2). After applying the update, I found an issue when creating new Task Sequences.
